If you liked the Afghanistan “spaghetti slide” in PowerPoint, then you might ALSO like the social graph of telecommunications litigants in the CNN article “Who’s suing whom: Apple and Motorola edition.” At least it partially explains the large number of lawyers in California. The climate and beaches probably also help!
It also explains why attempts to teach “C-O-O-P-E-R-A-T-I-O-N” by Sesame Street and elementary school teachers are likely doomed to failure….

There, wasn’t THAT fun! I still think that my suggestion of putting CEOs in a small room with short swords has merit! Even if no decisions are reached, at least part of the problem would be eliminated!
CNN took a “lovely graphic” from InformationIsBeautiful.net and updated it with Apple’s countersuit against Motorola late Friday. The InformationIsBeautiful.net site was unreachable when I just tried it. I even tried Netcraft’s “What’s that site running?” to see if it’s running IIS. (Note added November 1, 2010: Nope, Apache on Linux… maybe the site was getting hammered from CNN traffic.)
