Winter Holiday Art Show in San Ramon
Today, I took my 36×24-inch print on canvas, “Merced River in November,” (above) to the “Winter Holiday Show” in San Ramon, CA at the Dougherty Station Community Center (see LAA Press Release below). I stayed around awhile to help Lenore Kreit and Norma Webb with hanging the art. It looks like a WONDERFUL show, and many of the pieces (including mine 
) are for sale, just in time for the holidays. Contact information for the artist is on the card beneath each piece. The show will hang until December 17.

October 26, 2010“Winter Holiday Show” brings Livermore artists to San Ramon
November 1 – December 17
“Livermore Art Association offers (presents) a Winter Holiday Celebration Art Show at Dougherty Station Community Center in San Ramon. The Art Show features more than 30 art works by 20 local artists including metal works, paintings and photography. All art is for sale. The show will run from November 1st to December 17th. The Dougherty Station Community Center is located at 17011 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Admission is free.
Participating artists include metalist Frank Cameron, painters Louise Gray, Angela Johal, Linda Jeffery Sailors, Norma Webb and photographers Bill Hackett, Marc Davis, Lisa and Ron Rigge and many others.
Livermore Art Association (LAA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1957 to promote public interest in the arts and encourage artistic development of its members. LAA sponsors a number of shows and exhibitions in the area and helps support art in local schools.
