Cheshire Cat Photo Blog(...said the Cat: 'we're all mad here....')

People who have been laid off from high tech at age 55 (somebody really should investigate this) have NEW OPTIONS for retirement, and no longer have to count on winning the California Lottery. The equal-opportunity field of bank robbery lacks the age discrimination found elsewhere.

A senior citizen, who is believed to be between 60 and 70 years old, pulled his NINTH bank robbery in the San Diego area today. He has been dubbed the “Geezer Bandit.”

The article linked above includes a photo of the Geezer Bandit on a surveillance camera, graciously provided by the FBI. Sometimes, the Geezer Bandit has a plastic oxygen tube leading from his nose.

The Geezer Bandit is no slouch! He presented a note with his demands and showed a revolver! Then he robbed the Bank of America in Santee.

A reward of $16,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest in the series of robberies that began last summer.
