The 10 Commandments…
…of “Fake Steve Jobs” can be found here. I include the link not only because the 10 commandments of Fake Steve are very funny, but because I have seen some of these tactics implemented at some companies in Silicon Valley and elsewhere, firsthand (not as funny).
Having been both a microbiologist and a high-tech worker, I can honestly say that I have seen better “cultures” in some Petri dishes than exist at certain high-tech companies. 
At the same time, some high-tech cultures bring out the best in people, collecting bright and innovative folks and inspiring them to be their best. You get to guess which are/were which.
