Kiteboarding, Take 2
When I recently blogged about kiteboarding at Waddell Beach, I had not read the CNET entry (2 days before) about kiteboarding being a sport of the “hippest techies,” including the founders of Google, Sergei Brin and Larry Page. I read the entry tonight. The CNET blog entry quotes a former Google executive, Chris Sacca, who joked that “…to kite surf, you either need to be a venture capitalist or unemployed.” Peak wind times are between 2:30 and 6:30 PM.
