A thank-you…
… to Heidi Mann and her husband, Bob, for their generous hospitality in hosting the joint Livermore Art Association (LAA)/Pleasanton Art League (PAL) annual Potluck and Social at their beautiful home in the community of Ruby Hill last evening.
The location was utterly beautiful, with a sweeping panorama of the entire Livermore Valley. The wine flowed freely, and there was an overabundance of food. The companionship was extraordinary, with artists representing many disciplines, and with a generous “seasoning” of those other “artists,” the scientists and engineers who were present.
The folks who were present reminded me why Livermore and Pleasanton, and indeed the whole Tri-Valley, are such great places to live. The collection of talent under that roof and spilling out onto that patio was amazing, and spanned both disciplines and years.
