Cheshire Cat Photo Blog(...said the Cat: 'we're all mad here....')

I wrote two blog entries yesterday, so I did not want to write a third. However, yesterday was the date that the European Union fined Microsoft $1.35 Billion (that’s an American billion, not a British billion; equivalent to a record 899 million Euros) for failing to comply with sanctions. Yesterday and today, the instant poll results on the site indicated that about 57% of readers who responded to the poll thought that the fine was TOO LITTLE.
