Browser plugin censors Charlie Sheen
Called “Tinted Sheen” a new browser plugin that works with Firefox and Chrome blocks (think “redacted,” like all of those Freedom-of-Information-Act-obtained federal documents with the black bars [THESE are COLORED!]) all mentions of “Charlie Sheen!”
Wow! Richard Nixon could have used an adjustable (“expletive-deleting“) one of these!
The browser plugin was mentioned in a Seattle blog today! Following in the tradition of the Rickroll-protecting “RickRemoval” plugin for Firefox and the EVEN BETTER idea, IMHO, Bieber Blocker plugin (also for Firefox), the plugin “just works” after a simple installation and a browser reset. (Supposedly, Justin Bieber tweeted today that he is growing a ‘stache! My only question? Will it be visible? 😉 )
I sort of liked a response by the reader “Random_Walk” to the CNET article:
Q: How much cocaine did Charlie Sheen allegedly take at his last party?
A: Enough to kill two and a half men.
*badump-chsssssh!*
(thank you! I’ll be here all week!)
So, if you are sufficiently tired of Charlie, now there is a cure! (Sorry! Nothing for you Internet Explorer users, but then you probably have a different set of problems altogether!)
